Description

The Bakers Pride BCO-E1 Cyclone full-size convection oven comes with five chrome-plated oven racks that can adjust to 11 different positions with the rack guides. Cleanup is supported by the porcelain enamel interior, and a light shines inside the cabinet to enhance product visibility while users check on product through the double-pane thermal glass windows. The split doors are fitted with dual handles and open independently of each other. However, since the door on the left has a flange that overlaps the right door to create a tight seal, it must be closed second. The exterior’s stainless steel construction provides strength.

The Bakers Pride BCO-E1 single convection oven has an electric temperature control with a temperature holding range of 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. A 60-minute timer ensures proper bake times, and it will continuously ring to notify the user when time is up. The two-speed fan motor provides a low-speed setting with 900 revolutions per minute, as well as a cool-down mode. Its control panel is mounted on the front of the unit for accessibility.
