The Winco KFP-35 paring knife is useful for slicing, peeling, and other applications that require precise hand control with its full-tang construction. It’s polished in six spots to provide a comfortable grip and the POM handle is injection molded to ensure balanced weight distribution. The blade is made of durable, German stainless steel that’s forged and ice tempered to maintain a sharp edge. This unit is built with a 3¹/₂-inch blade; because it’s made of one piece, it lacks crevices that could capture crumbs and harbor bacteria.
