Winco ALXP-1318 1/2 Half Size Bun / Sheet Pan – 18″ x 13″, 20 gauge Aluminum

The Winco ALXP-1318 half-size sheet pan has an economical 20-gauge thickness, which is thinner and less expensive than lower-gauge metals. Its 3003 aluminum construction is alloyed with manganese, making it resistant to bends and dents. This pan has a closed bead that contains a galvanized wire for reinforcement.
