Waring WSB60 Description
Perfect for high-volume operations, the Waring WSB60 Big Stix immersion blender’s motor is heavy duty and efficient. Its variable speed control enables operators to have full control over the blending process and ranges from 5,000 to 18,000 rotations per minute. With this flexibility, employees can lightly mix or emulsify ingredients. Continuous-on operation prevents the user from pressing the button throughout the blending process. This lightweight, ergonomically designed unit has a rubberized comfort grip and a second handle.
The Waring WSB60 immersion blender can be used for batches as large as 50 gallons. Its stainless steel shaft is 16 inches long, so it reaches into the bottom of deep pots and containers. This shaft is sealed to prevent food from getting inside and causing contamination, and it can be removed and placed in the warewasher. To support flexibility with different-sized batches and products, the shaft can be interchanged with others in the series, but additional shafts are sold separately.
