The cabinet sizes and top are filled with 1-inch-thick insulation for exceptional temperature preservation. The heavy-duty, 14-gauge stainless steel drawer slides of this two drawer warming drawer are removable for easy cleaning and each self-closing drawer includes one stainless steel pan. One recessed, adjustable thermostat is included on each drawer features one humidity control. There is one 475-watt heating element per drawer for consistent warming. Each drawer has one oversized pull handle for easy operation.
