Vulcan SX60-10B Description
The Vulcan SX60-10B range has 10 burners on top with flash tube pilots that enable two burners to be lit at one time. Lift-off heads simplify cleaning, while a rugged cast top grate and aeration bowls focus heat toward the food. Constructed of stainless steel, the unit holds up for commercial usage. It has a fully welded crumb tray that prevents leaks and adds durability, and adjustable legs enable installation on uneven surfaces.
The Vulcan SX60-10B range has two standard ovens that cook at temperatures from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A single rack in each oven adjusts to four different positions to accept a wide range of products, and porcelain door linings and bottoms are resistant to corrosion. Oven doors have durable compression spring hinges for regularly opening and closing.
