The Vulcan 60SC-6B24GB gas range can hold large pans and stock pots on its 12-inch-by-141/2-inch rear grates. The front grates are designed to easily lift off for maintenance and cleanup. Structure is added to the grates’ fingers with integrated aeration bowls; this design also accurately directs the flow of heat to the cooking equipment. Lift-off heads on the burners offer access to the components so they are easy to clean. The 24-inch manual griddle-broiler is perfect for preparing burgers and breakfast foods like pancakes, eggs, and more. A 4-inch grease trough collects liquids, while the crumb tray accumulates food particles, making the unit easy to clean.
There are standard and convection ovens in the base. Each of the cavities has two racks, two guide sets, and four rack positions. Full-size sheet pans fit in the standard oven front to back and side to side, while they fit side to side in the convection oven. The ovens operate at temperatures between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and include a low setting for delicate products. Durability is added to the Vulcan 60SC-6B24GB gas range with a fully-welded frame and stainless steel parts. Elevated off the floor with 6-inch adjustable legs, it is easy to clean under the unit.
