At the bottom, you get four (4) separate sections of cold storage so you can keep a large inventory of ingredients fresh and instantly accessible. Each section has a self-closing door with a spring-loaded cartridge hinge to ensure that they are not left ajar especially when the kitchen starts to get busier. There are a total of eight (8) epoxy-coated wire shelves that give you more storage flexibility.
