Fully optimized for energy efficiency, this unit is equipped with an intelligent 1/3 hp variable-speed compressor that alters its speed based on the demands of the cooling process so that only the energy needed to perform each task is used.

Built to keep up with the hustle and bustle of your establishment, this reach-in refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior, door liners, thermal breakers, and 6″ tall adjustable legs so you won’t have to worry about rust or chipping even in rigorous use. The inside is durable aluminum, illuminated with LED lighting. Since the refrigeration system is separate from the foodzone, you get more usable space, which you can easily tweak to your needs with the nine (9) silver freeze wire shelves provided with the unit.

This reach-in refrigerator operates efficiently at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with the R290 refrigerant and expansion valve at the helm for environmental safety. At the top, you will find the Touchpoint electronic control panel that consolidates a group of special features into a single system you can navigate with a few taps. There, you can edit who can make changes in the settings, record temperature data, and activate the energy-saving mode.

To combat condensation and its negative effects on the quality of your products and the equipment itself while maintaining energy efficiency, this reach-in refrigerator features a hot gas condensate evaporator, anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, and Santoprene door gaskets. Additionally, there is an adaptive defrost feature that initiates defrosting process only when it is needed.
