Because it has a catalytic converter that limits odors, smoke, and grease, the unit is UL-listed for ventless operation. So users can cook popular dishes at the push of a few buttons, this unit has a smart menu system that stores 256 recipes.

Durable to support heavy use, the TurboChef WS microwave steamer is made of rust-resistant stainless steel. To increase durability, the cooking chamber is insulated and fully welded, which also helps keep heat and steam inside the cavity. Reducing the risk of employee burns, the unit’s exterior stays cool to the touch, while adjustable legs elevate the unit off the countertop.
