This unit offers 19 cubic feet of storage space overall, and each drawer can accommodate food pans as deep as 6 inches. Made of stainless steel with a galvanized bottom, the table’s interior resists rusting from exposure to moisture, salt, and acidic food ingredients.

Designed with digital controls and an external display, the Turbo Air PST-72-D2R(L)-N sandwich and salad prep table can be adjusted to hold product at temperatures from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Its self-cleaning condenser brushes away dirt and debris to reduce required maintenance, and the refrigeration system is self-contained for streamlined installation. To resist sagging and bending from use, this table is constructed with heavy-duty hinges and handles.
