Turbo Air PST-60-D2R(L)-N Description

Constructed of stainless steel with a galvanized steel bottom, the Turbo Air PST-60-D2R(L)-N sandwich and salad prep table is designed for durability. Its self-cleaning condenser offers reduced maintenance, while the side-breathing design can be placed close to a wall or other rear surface during use. The unit has a solid hood lid and two storage drawers that can each accommodate food pans as deep as 6 inches. Because the pan opening can hold as many as 16 sixth-size pans, this unit offers a variety of ingredients to users.

The Turbo Air PST-60-D2R(L)-N sandwich and salad prep table is built with a 91/2-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board that enables users to slice and chop ingredients during assembly, and it has a side rail for added support. Beneath the table, 4-inch casters provide mobility, while the front casters can be locked to prevent unexpected movement during use. To adjust the temperature and monitor settings, the table has a digital control panel and external display.
