Turbo Air PST-48-G-N Description

The Turbo Air PST-48-G-N prep table has two glass doors so employees can find what they’re looking for before they open the door and let energy escape. To further facilitate product locating, the cabinet has bright LED lights. For corrosion resistance, the doors are lined with aluminum, and the cabinet is construction of durable stainless steel. Providing additional strength, the bottom of this unit is galvanized.

Great for holding fresh ingredients, the Turbo Air PST-48-G-N salad prep table has enough room to accommodate 12 food pans at the top. The doors open to reveal two shelves, which offer space to hold ingredients not yet needed up top. Ensuring nothing is stolen at the end of the night, both of the doors have locks. This unit has a self-contained condenser that cools with a cold bunker system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant holds temperatures at a set level between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
