Description

Half-doors on the Turbo Air PRO-50-4H-G-PT heated cabinet optimize cabinet access, only opening areas needed by kitchen staff. Its doors have glass panels that show what’s being stored inside the cabinet, saving heat that’s otherwise lost from opening a door. LED lighting illuminates the cabinet interior brightly to highlight stored product.

The Turbo Air PRO-50-4H-G-PT holding cabinet can hold food from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit—plenty of range for warming needs. It has 48.7 cubic feet of storage space divided between six shelves that can be used to organize stored items. This cabinet’s extensive stainless steel construction is strong, withstanding scrapes and dents.
