Description

With primarily stainless steel construction, the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2-G-PT heated cabinet is durable enough to withstand heavy use without rusting or denting. It holds product at temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which is adjustable with precise digital temperature control and monitoring system. To ensure hot air remains in the cabinet, the unit is insulated with high-density polyurethane.

Offering a clear view through its glass half door, the interior of the Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2-G-PT holding cabinet is illuminated with LED lighting. These doors are self-closing, though they stay open past 120 degrees to enable operators to comfortably restock the cabinet. Because it’s positioned on casters, it can be rolled away for maintenance or cleaning.
