With an extra-large evaporator coil, high horsepower, and a large condenser, the True TWT-27F-HC worktop freezer keeps temperatures at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates with a cast iron, self-lubricating fan motor that is sealed and designed to produce an efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow with short run times and fast temperature recovery. The defrost system is automatic, time initiated, and time terminated, while the capillary tube system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its stainless steel exterior has a GalFan-coated, steel back for corrosion resistance and the interior is lined with clear-coated aluminum. The backsplash and the top are formed from one piece to prevent crevices that trap food and foster bacterial growth. This unit features lockable, 5-inch-diameter stem castors, a work surface height of 36 inches, and polyurethane insulation.
The True TWT-27F-HC worktop freezer has two PVC-coated, wire shelves that each include four chrome-plated clips. The shelves are adjustable in 1/2-inch increments and the support pilasters are made of the same material as the cabinet interior for a cohesive look. The positive-seal, self-closing door swings within the cabinet dimensions with a 90-degree, stay-open feature and is fitted with a 12-inch-long, recessed handle with a sheet metal interlock. Magnetic door gaskets have a one-piece construction that can be removed without tools, expediting cleaning. This freezer is pre-wired at the factory for final connection to the included cord and plug set.
