The True TWT-27D-2-ADA-HC~SPEC3 worktop refrigerator features an electronic temperature control with a digital display, maintaining a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained, capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to minimize environmental impact. With guided airflow, the factory-balanced refrigeration system provides uniform temperatures using reliable, state-of-the-art fan motors, ensuring consistent volumes of circulated air and little heat production. The corrosion-resistant evaporator is epoxy coated and the condensing unit slides out from the back of the cabinet for swift maintenance.

The stainless steel exterior of this refrigerator includes a backsplash that is formed together with the top of the unit to prevent food particles from being trapped underneath. This polyurethane-insulated unit has a stainless steel-lined interior with coved corners and a work surface height of 34 inches. The ADA-compliant True TWT-27D-2-ADA-HC~SPEC3 worktop refrigerator has 3-inch diameter stem castors. Each drawer is fitted with all-metal, working spec handles with slides, gaskets, and rollers that are removable without tools to expedite maintenance. Drawers can accommodate one full-size, 12-inch by 20-inch x 6-inch food pan or incremental pans with optional divider bars.
