Because its evaporator and condenser fan motors are electronically commutated, they operate efficiently and move air consistently while reducing energy consumption and heat production. Interior temperatures stay between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators have control over the set level. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the refrigeration system is more eco-friendly than traditional alternatives. This undercounter’s condensing unit can be accessed from the cabinet’s back, and with a slide-out design, users can conveniently service it.

Providing cold storage space in tight prep areas, the True TUC-48D-2-LP-HC~SPEC3 undercounter refrigerator has a door section and two drawers. The door has two adjustable wire shelves that resist corrosion with a PVC coating. A 12-inch by 18-inch pan fits in each drawer, and smaller fractional pans can fit in the unit if the operator adds divider bars, which are sold separately. Durable and resistant to rusting, the interior and exterior of this undercounter are made of stainless steel.
