Designed with door and drawer sections, the True TUC-48D-2-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series undercounter refrigerator provides plenty of cold storage space in prep areas, and each drawer and door is fitted with a heavy-duty, all-metal handle. To retain cold air, one-piece magnetic gaskets snap into the door and drawer frames and are removable without tools for efficient cleaning. Each drawer in this unit can hold a 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan, and it supports a wide variety of incremental pan size configurations with divider bars, which are sold separately.

The drawer section in this True TUC-28D-2-HC~SPEC3 undercounter refrigerator consists of sturdy stainless steel slides and rollers, which can be detached for cleaning or replacing. For corrosion resistance, its door has a stainless steel exterior and a clear-coated aluminum liner. Because the positive-seal, self-closing door has a 90-degree stay-open feature, it can be held open to facilitate stocking. This door swings only within cabinet dimensions, and it comes with a lock, keeping the product secure and safe from tampering.
