It has two sections-one with a door and one with two drawers-and each door and drawer has a 12-inch, recessed handle and a one-piece magnetic gasket that can be removed for cleaning. The interior liner is made of durable, clear-coated aluminum with a strong stainless steel floor. To accommodate various products, the two PVC-coated wire shelves can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments, and each drawer can hold one food storage box measuring 12 inches long by 18 inches wide by 6 inches deep, which is sold separately.

This True TSSU-48-12D-2-ADA-HC prep table comes with 12 food pans and a full-length, high-density polyethylene cutting board. For food safety, the cabinet and food pans are held at a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit with a capillary tube and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its epoxy-coated evaporator and sealed cast iron fan motor ensure longevity, while the removable condenser is convenient to service.
