Milk can be accessed through dual-sided service doors, with a flip-up top door and a drop front door on each side. Its service doors and interior are constructed of stainless steel, while the exterior is finished with durable white vinyl that can be used in heavily trafficked areas, such as school cafeterias. Mounted on 4-inch castors, this unit can be moved, and it has a cleanout drain for efficient cleanup.

Contents of this milk cooler are held at a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and to maintain these cool temperatures, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is metered through the capillary tube system. An epoxy coating on the evaporator provides rust protection, and the condensing unit slides out from the back for accessibility to clean and service. To efficiently move air throughout the cabinet, the True TMC-58-DS-SS-HC milk cooler has condenser and evaporator fan motors that are electronically commutated, producing less heat and using less energy.
