True Refrigeration TFP-48-18M-D-2 Description

This True TFP-48-18M-D-2 prep table includes a cabinet section with a solid door in addition to two drawer compartments, and inside the door section are two PVC-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted in 1/2-inch increments. Each of the stainless steel drawers accommodate a full size food pan in addition to three ninth-size pans, and the drawers move on a rollers-and-slides system to ensure smooth operation.

The top of this refrigerated prep table can accommodate several food pan combinations, though it includes standard 18 sixth-size pans. Contents of those pans are held at a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit while a stainless steel, foam-insulated lid can be closed over the pans when they are not needed to maintain energy efficiency and keep contents fresh. High-density polyurethane foam insulates the cabinet, and magnetic gaskets seal the drawers. A dense, polyethylene cutting board runs the 48-inch length of the TFP-48-18M-D-2 prep table to provide a sanitary work surface. Castors help the unit move for cleaning, and two of the castors lock for stability.
