Guests can clearly see the displayed items through the glass front and ends, and employees can access them through the rear sliding doors.

Operators can adjust the temperature in the True TDM-R-77-GE/GE-S-W bakery display case to suit their operation, holding temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring the temperature stays cold, the refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and in case of system malfunctions, operators can access the condensing unit with its slide-out design.
