The three shelves in the True T-19F-HC one-section reach-in freezer are PVC coated to resist corrosion and are made of wire so air can flow freely around stored items. Operators can adjust the shelves to best accommodate whatever products they are storing. LED lighting enhances visibility in the cabinet, so users can quickly find what they are looking for. Its interior has an aluminum liner that prevents rust, and its stainless steel floor can be cleaned with a swipe since it has crevice-free coved corners.
Because it is mounted in the bottom, the refrigeration system in this True T-19F-HC single-section reach-in freezer runs in the coolest area of the kitchen. The internal temperature stays at -10 degrees Fahrenheit and displays on an external screen.
