Operating at a set level between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the True STR2H-4HG Spec Series® full-height heated cabinet keeps baked food warm. Temperatures can be set by the operator on the electronic control and monitor it on the external display. Uniform heat distribution in the cabinet is provided by low-velocity fans to keep all stored items evenly heated, and the cabinet has a vent on the top, so users can adjust the amount of steam that escapes to reach the ideal humidity level.

Constructed of stainless steel, the interior and exterior of the True STR2H-4HG insulated mobile heated cabinet are strong, corrosion resistant, and simplify cleaning. Pans in the unit are held on chrome shelves, which are adjustable to accommodate different products, and staff members can see into the cabinet through double-pane glass doors. These doors are half-size, so they let out less heat at a time than full doors. Because the doors self-close, they keep heat inside, and at 120 degrees, they stay open to ensure convenient loading and cleaning.
