The Traulsen UPT3212-R Dealer’s Choice sandwich and salad prep table has a sturdy construction that can withstand heavy use. Its lid, front, sides, and door are all made of durable stainless steel, while the back and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel. Holding 12 sixth-size pans, the pan rail is reinforced and keeps ingredients in an upright position. Employees can move sandwiches or salads over the cutting board front with ease, reducing messes on top. For additional sauces and dressings, the pan lid lifts into a flat, shelf-like position.

Besides the pan rail, this Traulsen UPT3212-R compact prep table provides more refrigerated storage in the cabinet. The cabinet storage is accessible through a right-hinged door and customizable with two adjustable shelves. Capillary tubes and R450A refrigerant keep the internal temperature at a set level between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. For cold-air retention, polyurethane insulates the cabinet walls, while gaskets fill in gaps around the door frame.
