This Traulsen G13010-053 one-section freezer uses a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system to hold products at temperatures between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can adjust these levels using the unit’s microprocessor controls and a clearly visible LED display. To ensure cold air remains in the cabinet, it’s insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
