The Traulsen G12010-032 one-section reach-in freezer has three shelves that resist corrosion with their epoxy coating. Encouraging air to flow freely, these shelves are wire, and Load-Sure Guards at the sides of the cabinet prevent users from storing items too close to the walls and blocking air paths. LED lighting enhances visibility and automatically activates when the full-height door is opened. This door stays open at 120 degrees for product stocking and self-closes at a lesser angle to retain cold air. Easing cleaning, the door gasket has a snap-in design, and the door handle is positioned in a recessed pocket to save aisle space. For reduced risks of tampering and theft, a lock is integrated into the door. Because the freezer is made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum, it resists corrosion and withstands consistent use.

The refrigeration system in this Traulsen G12010-032 single-section reach-in freezer is mounted in the top, positioned away from dirt and flour on the floor. While this position does make the components harder to access than bottom-mounted systems, the louver has a one-piece design for convenient removal. So users can conveniently clean the coil, the condenser faces forward.
