With glass doors, users of the Southbend SLEB/10CCH bakery depth convection oven can monitor food as it cooks. To further facilitate monitoring, the cabinet is brightened with interior lights. Great for busy kitchens, the dependent doors can be opened using just one hand. A sealing system around the doors prevents warm air from escaping to maintain temperature.
The Southbend SLEB/10CCH electric convection oven has coved interior corners that won’t capture crumbs, and the porcelain cabinet can be wiped clean. For durability, the exterior is made of stainless steel, extending the unit’s service life in a high-volume environment. Food is held on the five shelves, which are adjustable on 11 guides, and using the convenient controls, employees can adjust the temperature from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
