Description

Southbend’s S36D-3T NG gas restaurant range with griddle features two 28,000 BTU cast iron burners with heavy-duty burner grates that can each accommodate a stock pot up to 14 inches in diameter. The range’s griddle features thermostatic controls and three adjustable heating zones for preparing a number of different menu items simultaneously. The restaurant range also includes a standard oven base with snap-action thermostatic controls and a 35,000 BTU U-shaped oven burner.
