Southbend P32D-171

The Southbend P32D-171 infrared broiler has a broiler, standard oven, and warming oven in a single station. Meats cook quickly inside the broiler while retaining their natural juices, and it preheats to 1,450 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 seconds. Adjusting to four heights, the cooking grid accommodates different products with an ideal heat intensity. Made of rugged stainless steel, the cabinet has a completely insulated burner box and lining. Gases from the burner flue is recycled to heat the warming oven at the top, while natural gas generates heat. The Southbend P32D-171 infrared broiler has a standard oven in the base with a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Its porcelain interior simplifies cleaning, while pans can be placed either side by side or front to back in five positions on the two racks.. The oven door has a strong stainless steel handle, and 6-inch adjustable legs to enable use on uneven surfaces.
