Supported by 26-inch stainless steel legs, the Southbend KLES/10SC single full-size convection oven is tall enough to prevent excess bending and stooping while operating the unit. To streamline loading and unloading, the dependent doors can be opened and closed with one hand, leaving the other hand unhindered. A single heavy-duty handle controls both doors and is designed to resist heat transfer to remain cool as users grab it.
With its two-speed fan, the Southbend KLES/10SC single convection oven can be adjusted to produce a range of products from roasted meats to delicate meringues. It has five wire racks with 11 positions, so users can rearrange the racks to fit deep or shallow pans. The rack guides are removable, and the interior corners of the oven are coved to assist users with cleanup.
