The Southbend 4481EE-5R restaurant range has five non-clog standard burners and two high-output Pyromax burners, which have a three-piece design, so they can be taken apart and cleaned thoroughly. Removable to ease cleaning even more, the cast iron grates support pots and pans over the heat source, and the rear grates are made to accommodate 14-inch-diameter stockpots.
Great for baking and roasting, the Southbend 4481EE-5R gas range has a base with two space-saver ovens, which are 19.5 inches wide by 26.5 inches deep and include one standard rack. They have an adjustable temperature, with a range between 175 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. To ease cleaning, the porcelain-enameled finish in the oven cavities provides protection from corrosion and resists food buildup to ease cleaning. Because the corners are coved, the oven interiors will not trap debris and harbor bacteria.
