Description
The Southbend 4362D NG Ultimate restaurant range has a 32,000 BTU convection oven equipped with a battery spark ignition. The oven has a thermostat range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven interior is made from porcelain enamel for excellent ability to be cleaned and to prevent corrosion. The corners are coved instead of square so cleaning debris out is a much easier task. Airflow in the oven is improved so hot and cold spots are prevented, ensuring food is evenly heated without burning. This particular model comes with wavy grates and 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. Since the grates are wavy, the entire range top can be used to cook instead of six specific spots. For better cooking and heating efficiency, the burners feature a cast bowl design.
