Description
Southbend 171
The Southbend 171 infrared broiler cooks meat quickly and seals in natural juices. Its infrared tiles preheat to 1,650 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 seconds, reducing wait time. The blower brings in fresh air through the metal mesh filter to prevent vapor and smoke from decreasing efficiency. Staff can adjust the broiler grid to five different heights and remove it for cleaning. Insulated by a lining and burner boxes, the flue-gas heated top compartment can hold cooked product at safe temperatures. The Southbend 171 infrared broiler is constructed of durable stainless steel.
