The Scotsman UF0915A-1 undercounter ice maker produces flake ice-a popular type used in healthcare and produce merchandising-that cools drinks quickly without posing a choking hazard and can be used to surround seafood in display cases. Over 24 hours in ideal operating conditions, the machine can make 96 pounds of ice. It has a built-in bin that holds 36 pounds of ice and includes a scoop. Ensuring ice is accessible, the bin has an ergonomically designed, slide-back door.

This Scotsman UF0915A-1 flake undercounter ice machine breathes from the front so it can be installed without clearances at the sides. It has a slim footprint for tight spaces and is mounted on adjustable, 6-inch legs. With the addition of an optional floor kit, the unit can fit under 34-inch-high ADA-compliant countertops. Resisting corrosion, this ice maker has a durable, rust-resistant front panel and aluminum alloy sides. Its evaporator and auger are made of stainless steel-a strong material that avoids rusting and corrosion.
