The Scotsman ERC311-32 remote condenser has to be purchased separately for this ice machine head to function. Because its remote-cooled condenser can be stored outside of the building, it’s ideal for noise-sensitive establishments, and overall, it measures 22.70 inches wide by 24.91 inches deep by 27 inches high.

The Original Chewable Nugget Ice is soft and designed for soft drinks.
