Depending on ambient conditions, the Scotsman C1848MA-32 Prodigy Plus ice machine head can make as much as 1,909 pounds of ice per day, and its full-cube ice melts slowly, making it ideal for cocktails and mixed drinks. Cube transfer to the bin is aided by the machine’s Harvest Assist feature, while the WaterSense purge control feature reduces scale buildup. Equipped with antimicrobial protection, the internal components are protected against bacterial growth, producing fresh ice every time.

The Scotsman C1848MA-32 ice maker comes with AutoAlert indicator lights that provide information on the operating status, and a QR code connects the operator with service details and warranty history. For streamlined maintenance, the maker’s self-aligning front panel provides access to inner mechanisms.
