The ice machine head can produce 1,100 pounds of flake ice each day if ideal conditions are met, and the bin can store 778 pounds of flake ice once it’s prepared. Due to this large volume of production and storage, this machine is good for heavily trafficked locations that serve many customers daily. To streamline setup and prevent cold air loss, a KBT39 bin top is included.
