This Scotsman FS0822A-1 flake ice machine head is air cooled and comes with a B530S bin to store prepared ice and keep it chilled until needed. Flake-style ice is most suitable for packing into ice packs at healthcare facilities, blending into smoothies and other frozen drinks, and keeping seafood and produce displays chilled. Operating with sealed bearings, a stainless steel auger and evaporator, and integrated indicator lights, the ice maker can perform for extended time periods with minimal maintenance. Its exterior is made of stainless steel, enhancing the unit’s resistance to dents, scratches, and rust.

Designed to fit well with the FS0822A-1 ice machine head, this Scotsman B530S storage bin includes a KBT27 bin top that eliminates gaps and conserves cold air when installing a 22-inch-wide ice maker on top of this 30-inch-wide bin. It has a metallic finish exterior and rests on 6-inch-tall legs, raising the bin to a comfortable height for repeated scooping. Its door opens from the front and is top hinged. With a total capacity of 536 pounds of prepared flake ice, the bin insulates lots of product so it’s ready to serve to meet periods of increased demand.
