The Scotsman C2148MR-32 Prodigy Plus cube ice machine head can handle a high-volume ice demand by producing as much as 1,965 pounds of medium-size cubes per day. This modular ice machine head has a wide range of water and energy-saving features to help save on utility costs. It has an AutoAlert indicator light that enhances visibility and alerts the user to necessary maintenance. A self-aligning front panel eases access to important components.

By implementing an antimicrobial protection agent, the Scotsman C2148MR-32 commercial ice machine’s bacterial growth is slowed. This unit offers a one-touch cleaning mechanism, which is a self-cleaning mechanism activated with the touch of a button. Water remains sanitary as well with the WaterSense purge control technology that minimizes unwanted sediment and scale, creating cleaner and more clear ice. The 48-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 29-inch-high structure fits on top of a bin that is sold separately, while its Harvest Assist mechanism directs ice from the head and into the bin for streamlined scooping.
