It’s protected with an antimicrobial agent to inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria, as well as an adjustable purge control feature that reduces scale buildup. Long lasting and rust resistant, this unit has a stainless steel finish.
The Scotsman C0830MW-32/B530P ice maker/bin combo can produce as much as 924 pounds of medium cube-style ice in a 24-hour period. It uses harvest assist technology to guide ice from the head into the accompanying bin, which has a storage capacity of 536 pounds. This bin is insulated with polyurethane to effectively preserve cold air and reduce energy consumption. To streamline ice retrieval, it comes with a scoop and a built-in scoop holder.
