With its Busch pump and high-precision sensor, the Sammic SU-520GP+ (1140806) countertop vacuum sealer obtains the ideal suction to seal contents properly. Able to package raw, cooked, and frozen foods, this machine is ideal for sous vide cooking, though it can also package non-food items, such as electronics or jewelry. Its digital control panel can store as many as 25 programs to streamline operation, and as inventory and cooking requirements change, some programs can be blocked. For accessibility, the panel’s LCD color screen display and backlit touch keyboard are simple to navigate. The unit’s two cordless sealing bars measure 16.5 inches each, using a double-sealing system to ensure foods are sealed properly to prevent shrinkage, drying, odor mixing, and tearing.

To accommodate a wide product range, the Sammic SU-520GP+ (1140806) vacuum sealer’s sensor controls detect liquid, offer phased vacuuming, and decompress progressively or automatically. Its pause button can also be used to marinate foods. The 17-inch-wide by 16-inch-deep by 7.2-inch-high chamber’s stainless steel construction is durable enough to withstand heavy use in commercial kitchens because it resists rust, corrosion, and wear, and its body is simple to wipe clean.
