Description
To facilitate ongoing temperature monitoring, the Randell 84111N-290-PCB sandwich and salad prep table features externally mounted controls. Offering independent adjustment for base and rail, this unit includes an on/off control for nightly rail shutdown, saving electricity. It can hold 15 third-size pans and has a raised front pan rail for comfortable user access. For ease of chopping and slicing, this unit includes a poly cutting board.
Built with four solid, hinged doors, the Randell 84111N-290-PCB refrigerated prep table includes press-fit magnetic gaskets that close tightly and can be removed for cleaning. For a smooth, unified front surface, the door pulls are flush mounted, ensuring they don’t protrude into walking areas. This unit’s hinged compressor panel streamlines coil maintenance, and its refrigeration system is self-contained for ease of installation. The pan rail is cold-wall refrigerated to ensure product stays chilled during use.
