Ideal for moderate-volume frying applications, the Pitco E35 deep fryer has an oil capacity of 35 pounds and comes with two baskets. This unit’s basket hanger is removable to facilitate thorough cleaning and its exterior is made of durable stainless steel that resists denting. Its 6-inch legs can be adjusted to accommodate the user’s preferred working height.
