Osion OCM-500
The Osion OCM-500 ice maker boasts a 500-pound production capacity in healthcare facilities, hotel hallways, and restaurants. It creates full-size ice cubes that measure 7/8 of an inch by 7/8 of an inch by 7/8 of an inch using R290 refrigerant and an air-cooled condenser. Because it integrates an anti-microbial system, ice quality is safe for cooling cocktails or liquors. To simplify installation, its refrigeration system is self-contained, while its touch-control display uncomplicates operation.
When cleaning is needed, operators can activate the Osion OCM-500 ice machine’s 5-minute cleaning cycle by holding a button, and the filter can be removed for vacuuming or washing with water and mild detergent. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 243/5 inches deep by 221/5 inches high with a 304 stainless steel construction that can be wiped clean using a microfiber cloth. This modular ice head requires a storage bin (purchased separately), and a water filter is recommended for best results.
