The Osion OCM-1000 modular ice maker head measures 30 inches wide by 24³/₅ inches deep by 26⁴/₅ inches tall and is designed to be paired with an ice bin, which isn’t included. It features an air-cooled condenser and features a self-contained refrigeration system to simplify installation. In 24 hours, it can create 1,000 pounds of full-cube ice that’s ⁷/₈ of an inch by ⁷/₈ of an inch by ⁷/₈ of an inch. To simplify operation, its digital display features five control buttons: power, cleaning, timing, up, and down. The digital display also shows the ice maker’s status which is either “running,” “ice full,” “error,” “timer”, or “cleaning.”

Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the Osion OCM-1000 ice machine is great for high-traffic drive-thrus, hotel hallways, concession stands, and restaurants. A 5-minute cleaning cycle can be activated automatically or manually by pressing the clean button for three seconds. To further simplify cleaning, its air filter can be removed and cleared of debris-recommended twice per month-with a vacuum and soft brush. This ice maker is equipped with an anti-microbial system to create sanitary conditions, but for pure-tasting ice, it’s best to use this ice maker with a water filter (not included).
