Compatible with various menus, the Merco Savory MHG34SSB2N MercoEco™ holding cabinet holds moist and crispy foods at appropriate serving temperatures for extended periods. All three shelves generate upper and lower radiant heat, and users can adjust each shelf’s temperature with the digital controls. For foods prone to drying out, such as beef and chicken, operators can add the included stainless steel tray seals to minimize heated airflow and increase moisture. To monitor holding, each shelf features a correlating timer bar that sports a flush-mount design to prevents debris collection and simplify cleaning. For streamlined operation, this unit is Carecode enabled, providing access to online training, service contacts, parts, accessories, the service hotline, and service tracking.

This Merco Savory MHG34SSB2N heated holding cabinet measures 36¹/₂ inches wide by 18 inches deep by 16²/₅ inches high for countertop placement.
