Users can adjust production on the easyTouch touch-screen display, which is located on the unit’s front, and the device also provides information about operation status. It offers 24-hour preventative maintenance and diagnostic feedback to ensure it stays up to date on general maintenance needs.
When in full use, the air-cooled Manitowoc IDF0600N commercial ice cube machine head can produce 612 pounds of dice-size ice cubes in 24 hours. For assured ice production, its active sense technology works in tandem with the acoustical ice-sensing probe, keeping the unit producing thick ice with its sound-based technology. Its DuraTech exterior resists corrosion, while its shiny clear coat fends off fingerprints to uphold its sleek design.
