Enhanced with a DuraTech clear coat, the Manitowoc Ice IDF0500N Indigo NXT ice machine head’s exterior is durable and resistant to corrosion, scratches, and fingerprint smudges. This ice machine head produces as much as 510 pounds of full-cube ice per day in ideal conditions. Because it melts slowly, this type of ice makes a good choice for locations that sell chilled beverages, such as soft drinks, mixed drinks, and sweet tea.

The Manitowoc Ice IDF0500N Indigo NXT ice machine head is designed for use with a remote condensing set up, a style of ice machine that produces less noise and hot air in the dining area than a built-in condenser would. For accuracy in measuring, the machine head is built with an acoustical sensing probe, and users can program the ice production level to peak during high-volume hours. To access and clean the foodzone, this ice machine has a lift-off door, and select components are removable for cleaning.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
